We don't charge for a callout to a local domestic property (West Hertfordshire within a 10 mile radius from St Albans) at weekday daytime. If we fix your problem on a very first visit, we charge a standard fee at £70 + VAT.
We have a high first time fix rate, at the moment it is slightly more than 50%. In other words, more than half of our customers only pay £70 + VAT for a complete repair.
